A little about me
I am Alexis, I was born in Morristown New Jersey but I have lived in Florida since I was 7 months old. I got my first chance to act at 5 years old when my parents took me to a class at Orlando Shakes Theater. I was pretty shy back then but I loved being on stage and making people laugh. I have pretty much done every play I have had the opportunity to get involved in since then. I love any kind of acting from being on stage to being on film and everything in between. I have done several Independent and Student films including being the lead in 2 of them. I love being able to dress up and play another character. Almost like Halloween.
I have always loved Singing.
Singing has also been a big part of my life. I remember the first time I heard the song Maybe from Annie I felt so excited. I couldn’t stop singing it for weeks. When I got the opportunity to play Molly in Annie my dream came true. I got to take part in making the song come alive. I have also been so lucky to have a singing teacher that takes me everywhere to sing in front of audiences. I have sang at country fairs, churches, retirement homes and the Suncoast Jazz festival. I have been performing at the Suncoast Jazz festival since I was 6 years old.
